A homecoming just for you
"Homecoming" now has broader meaning for Virginia Tech alumni. No longer a single weekend during football season, homecoming is now an opportunity for alumni groups to celebrate their own special reunions on different weekends throughout the fall. In addition to academic college homecomings, six reunion classes, beginning with the 25th silver anniversary, will celebrate traditional anniversaries, and alumni from the '80s and '90s will have joint reunions. Corps of cadets alumni will have their own homecoming as well. By spreading out the influx of alumni to Blacksburg, the new approach to reunions helps to ensure the availability of tickets and hotel accommodations. Alumni provided positive feedback about the multiple homecomings when they were introduced last fall. Look for advance schedules of homecomings and other alumni events on this page in each issue of Virginia Tech Magazine, or find the most up-to-date information at http://www.VaTechAlumni.com.
