On Aug. 21, the Virginia Tech Alumni Association hosted a solar eclipse watch party on the Holtzman Alumni Center lawn. Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, and the larger Southwest Virginia region fell within the 90-percent range for the eclipse. See photos and a video from the event.
